1. Dry red wine such as Spanish Ribera Del Duero (1 bottle or 750ml)
2. cinnamon stick, broken in half (1)
3. oranges (8)
4. sugar (1c + 1tbsp)

Method of preparation
1. Take a large saucepan, add 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon in it. Keep it to boil by stirring until sugar gets dissolve. Cook it for more 18 minutes until the mixture reduced to 1 cup.

2. Then take off the pan from heat and keep the syrup to cool completely and place it in the refrigerator to keep it chilled. Take 2 oranges; finely grate the peel of these oranges.

3.Take a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and peel in it. Take a small sharp knife cut off peel and white pith from all oranges. Take a large bowl, cut the between membranes of the oranges to release the segments.

4. Take 8 separate bowls, place the oranges and juice in these bowl equally. Spread the syrup over it and sprinkle the sugared orange peel on the top.
