Fresh ginger limeade, recipe Rating: 4.4

Ingredients
2 cups water
4 cups sugar
4 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup fresh ginger juice
2 gallons water
Instructions:

To make ginger juice:Grate approximately 1 pound ginger root and squeeze juice out through a fine sieve.

Boil 2 cups water and sugar for 10 minutes or until sugar has dissolved completely and just becomes syrupy. Cool slightly and add lime juice and ginger juice. Stir well and allow to cool completely. Stir in water, combining well. Refrigerate.

Makes: 3 gallons
