Fresh berry parfaits recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries (or any combination)
- Vanilla yogurt
- Cinnamon
- Maple syrup
- Granola
Place heaping teaspoon of strawberries and a teaspoon of blueberries in a parfait glass. Put a teaspoon or two of yogurt on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle granola on top. Add another layer of berries, yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup, and granola. Place parfaits in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
