Ingredients

2 bunch(es) fresh basil, finely chopped
½ bunch(es) fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 clove(s) garlic, crushed
3 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
150 ml olive oil
120 g Parmesan cheese, chopped
some salt

Instructions

In a blender, mix together the basil, parsley, garlic, and half of the oil, until smooth. Add the pine nuts, the remaining oil and the Parmesan cheese and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
