- Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 slices of day-old or 2-day-old bread
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip bread into mixture, coating both sides. Brown in butter in frying pan on griddle. Turn only once.
