Fluffy and Filling Pancake recipe

- Ingredients:
- 2 cups Jiffybaking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and milk together then add yogurt. Add wet to dry. The secret to great pancakes is the consistency of the batter; it must be thick. I put a spoon in the middle of the bowl; if the batter is right, it will slowly let the spoon fall to the side. On a hot griddle, spread the batter out with a spoon, making sure that it is cooked well before turning. You should only turn pancakes once, otherwise they get rubbery.
