Flan recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced
In blender or food processor, blend eggs. Add sugar, 1 Tablespoon at a time, and flash blend after each addition. Add flour, 1 Tablespoon at a time, flash blending after each addition. Add vanilla and milk and flash blend. Pour into 8-inch glass baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes until mixture is firm.
Serves: 4.
