Fish rolls recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | fish fillets |
8 tbsp | tomato paste |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
1 bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
1 glass(es) | dry white wine |
olive oil |
Instructions
Season the fish fillets on one side with salt and pepper, coat with tomato paste and divide evenly the parsley and dill on the fillets. Roll up and carefully tie the rolls up with kitchen string.In a pan, heat the oil. Over medium heat fry the fish rolls all around, then add the wine, cover and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with potatoes and salad.
