Fish pie scrambled egg recipe details
Ingredients
½ portion | fish pie, (mixed fish with cheesy mashed potato), leftover |
1 | egg, well beaten |
25 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
green leaves, to serve |
Instructions
Place the remains of the fish pie portion in a microwaveable container. Add the beaten egg and stir vigorously to distribute the potato in the egg. Add the Parmesan and stir in. Place the lid on the container and microwave on medium high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the egg is just set.Place on a plate with the green leaves and consume.
A useful way to extend a small portion of left-overs for a very quick breakfast.
