|500 g||fish fillet|
|150 g||grated cheese|
|salt, pepper, to taste|
Cut the fish in middle size pieces.
Roll the fish pieces in the breadcrumbs and season them with the salt and pepper.
Fry the fish pieces from the both sides (for about 5 minutes per each side).
Whipped eggs, seasoned with the salt, combine with the grated cheese.
Put the fish in the baking form and pour the mixture of the eggs and cheese on the top.
Put the dish in the previously heated oven, 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
