Ingredients
500 g | fish fillet, cooked |
300 g | potatoes, diced |
50 g | onions, grated |
3 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
salt and pepper | |
pinch(es) | nutmeg |
breadcrumbs, toasted | |
olive oil |
Instructions
Cook the peeled potatoes in salted water. Drain, mash and season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Flake the fish and mix thoroughly with the potatoes, onions, parsley and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.Shape the mixture into burgers and flatten them slightly. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot olive oil, turning once, until crisp and golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with a mixed salad and Cheddar cheese sauce.
