Finger sandwich with shrimp recipe details
Ingredients
4 slice(s) | brown toast |
150 g | small shrimp, raw, peeled |
oil | |
100 g | sour cream |
salt | |
chili flakes | |
100 g | cream cheese |
½ bunch(es) | parsley |
Instructions
Cook the shrimp in very little oil until pink, then allow to cool a bit. Transfer into a blender, add a pinch of salt, chili flakes, roughly chopped parsley, sour cream and cream cheese and process until well combined and smooth.Spread the mixture on two toasts and cover with the two other breads. With a very sharp knife, cut the sandwiches into small fingers and serve.
