Feta Cheese Stuffed Wheat Fritters recipe

|100 g||Feta cheese|
Coarsely grind the wheat. Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until lucent, stir in the ground wheat and pour in the water. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and leave to soak for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the egg and the garlic. Season to taste with salt, paprika powder and black pepper.
With damp hands shape the mixture to fritters. Place in the middle of each fritter a piece of cheese.
Grill on a greased rack from both sides for approximately 5 minutes.
