Feta cheese rolls recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | yoghurt |
150 ml | oil |
2 | egg white |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
350 g | plain flour |
salt | |
200 g | Feta cheese, crumbled |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | sesame seed |
2 | egg yolks |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.In a bowl, combine the oil and the yoghurt. Stir in the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Mix together the flour and the baking powder and sieve over the yoghurt mixture. Knead until the dough is smooth and pliable. Quickly knead in the feta cheese and the parsley.
Form palm-sized rolls. Arrange the rolls on a lined baking tray. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake until browned. Serve warm or cold.
