100 g | Feta cheese, diced |
100 g | cream cheese |
1 large can(s) | artichoke hearts, drained |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ small | red chili pepper, seeded and chopped |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | milk |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Place the artichokes with garlic, cream cheese and Feta cheese into a blender. Add chili and milk and process until smooth and well combined.Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve with fresh white bread.
