Fennel Soup recipe

|500 ml||chicken stock|
|500 g||fennel, cleaned, sliced|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||shallots, shopped|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 pinch(es)||grated lemon zest|
|½ tsp||dried dill|
|1 tsp||coriander, ground|
|1 l||natural yogurt|
Cook the fennel in the chicken stock with the garlic and shallots until soft.
Combine with lemon juice, spices and grated zest in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into a serving bowl and combine with the yogurt. Toss well and then leave to chill. Serve garnished with chopped or ground coriander.
