- Chopped tomato (75% of all ingredients)
- Chopped onion (10%)
- Jalapeno to taste
- Chopped celery (5%)
- Carrot (5%) for color and crunch
- Lime juice
- Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
- Small can of tomato paste for a thicker salsa (optional)
Add any stray spicy peppers that are sitting around the house. Blend or process lightly, or just stir if you like the texture! Let the spices meld while you buy fat-free chips or bake a potato to go with your festive topping.
