- Ingredients
- 3/4 pound American cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- One pound spaghetti
Cube cheeses; keep separate. Boil spaghetti and layer 1/5 in a glass baking dish. Top with American and cheddar cheese. Continue alternating layers of spaghetti and cheese. Top with milk and breadcrumbs, then dab with remaining butter.
Bake at 350 degrees until the casserole is lightly browned on top, approximately 35 minutes. Let cool and ready to serve.
