Extremely bitter chocolate dip recipe details
A dark chocolate dip. I always use a bar that has a minimum of 50% cocoa solids as this has a good strong bitterness. I have tried making it with white and milk chocolate but it didn’t work, it didn’t set.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 7 ounces dark chocolate
- 7 ounces boiling water
Preparation method
Prep: 45 mins1. Break the chocolate into a mixing bowl. Pour the water into the mixing bowl with chocolate.
2. With a whisk, keep moving chocolate around until it’s all melted. It should have no lumps, and should be just a bit thicker than water.
3. Pour into glasses, a small bowl or serving dish, and place in the fridge for 20 minuites.
