Eton mess recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | strawberries |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla sugar |
1 tbsp | port, white |
50 g | meringues, broken |
150 ml | cream, whipped |
Instructions
Clean the strawberries and cut them in halves; save 4 nice ones for decoration. Mix the strawberries with the sugar, vanilla sugar and port, then softly add the broken meringues and the whipped cream. Save some whipped cream.Fill the mess in four glass bowls, give one tbsp of whipped cream on top and decorate each portion with a strawberry. Keep cool until served.
