Ellen’s Breakfast Casserole recipe

- Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons dill (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Brown and serve sausage/ bacon bits
Instructions:
Prepare 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan with Pam and spread bread evenly; cover with cheese. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
For variation, you may dot with cut up brown and serve sausage. Extra special: drizzle with white wine over top for flavor.
