Eggs with mushrooms on toast recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | mushrooms, chopped |
4 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
¼ tsp | paprika |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
240 ml | milk |
6 medium | eggs, poached |
6 slice(s) | toast |
Instructions
Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add flour and stir to blend.Add paprika, Worcestershire sauce and milk and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Place eggs on toast and cover with sauce.
