- Ingredients
- 1 egg per serving
- jack or Swiss cheese, grated
- butter (for medium-size individual Pyrex glass dish)
- Parmesan / Romano cheese
- cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter medium-size glass Pyrexdishes and place grated jack/Swiss cheese in the dishes like a “nest”. Place 1 egg into each nest so it nestles in. Pour over cream just enough so egg peeks through. Sprinkle Parmesan/Romano cheese over it to cover. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve on toasted English muffins with a side of sauteed veggies or tomato with olive, garlic, and basil.
