This delightful dish is perfect for breakfast or brunch and is sure to satisfy your morning cravings.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
Low-fat bread
9 eggs (or 13 egg whites or Egg Beatersegg substitute)
Salt substitute
Pepper
1 cup fat-free grated cheese (more to taste)
Skim milk
Instructions:

This is my favorite because you make it the night before…I like to alternate this dish with one of the sweeter ones…

Use 9 x 12-inch cooking dish. Spray the dish with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with low-fat bread. Margarine bread, then salt and pepper it. Sprinkle fat-free grated cheddar cheese on top. In bowl, mix eggs for each person, then add an equal amount of milk. Pour over bread. Cover with tin foil and refrigerate overnight.

In morning, put in cold oven, then turn oven on to 400 degrees. Bake for an hour.

Serves: 6
