Ingredients
Serves: 8- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Extra time: 4 hours, freezing1. Combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Use a handheld electric mixer to beat until smooth, then add eggnog, sour cream, and pie spice and beat for a few more seconds to combine.
2. Use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to stir in the whipped topping. Then pour into the graham cracker crust and dust with nutmeg.
3. Cover pie with plastic wrap and place in freezer. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours, until completely set.
