Egg Toast recipe

Ingredients
4 | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
1 cup(s) | butter, melted |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp | grated cheese (Cheddar or Gouda) |
4 slice(s) | soft bread, toasted |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Mix together the hot butter, cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover the freshly toasted bread slices with the egg slices. Pour over the still warm butter sauce and serve immediately.
