Egg puff recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 pound Monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until eggs are set and top is light brown.
