Egg Liqueur Semifreddo recipe

Ingredients
4 | eggs |
2 sachet | vanilla sugar |
4 tbsp | icing sugar |
150 ml | egg liqueur |
300 ml | whipping cream |
300 g | strawberries |
1 | orange, the juice |
Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar till it turns pale. Add the egg liqueur and whisk again. Whisk the egg whites stiff and whisk the whipping cream until stiff and fold in.
Pour into small forms and freeze for 6 hours. Or pour into a cake form and freeze.
Cut the strawberries in slices and marinate in the orange juice.
To serve, rinse form quickly with hot water to loosen and put semifreddo on a plate.
Garnish with the strawberries.
