Egg and cress sandwiches recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | mayonnaise |
fine sea salt and pepper | |
cayenne pepper | |
4 slice(s) | soft white bread |
15 g | cress |
Instructions
Cook the eggs for approximately 10 minutes. Chill, then peel the eggs and pat dry with kitchen paper.Chop the eggs, add the mayonnaise and gently mash. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Spread two breads with the mixture. Evenly divide the cress on top. Cover with the other two breads and gently press together. Cut the sandwiches into triangles and serve immediately.
