- Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter (1/4 pound)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds cottage cheese
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Add: mushrooms, green and black olives, chiles, onions, etc.
