Ingredients
Serves: 9- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. In a large soup pot, brown the beef over medium heat until it’s cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer on low for at least 20 minutes, then garnish with cheese and serve.
