Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (2 1/4 to 2 1/5 pounds) fresh salmon fillet
- Olive oil
- 1 (12 ounce) container spinach dip (storebought or ready to serve)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Lightly oil both sides of salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spread a 1/4-inch thick layer of spinach dip over all sides of fillet, and seal the foil.
4. Place on grill for 20 to 22 minutes. Serve.
