Easy pasta dough for crespelle recipe details
Ingredients
2 | eggs |
100 g | semolina flour |
100 g | flour |
Instructions
Pour the flour on a flat surface and make a well in the middle. Crack the eggs into the well. With a fork circle the eggs around and slowly add the flour. Now work with your fingertips to make a dough and knead until the dough is elastic and firm but springs back when being pinched. It should not stick anymore. Cover with a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.Then shape the dough as preferred and cook in salted water. The thicker the dough the longer it takes!
Variation:
You can colour the pasta with spinach, herbs, beetroot juice or food colouring.
Note:
The recipe makes 2 portions of noodles, but is sufficient for 6 with my Crespelle recipe in the database.
