Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (1 1/4 pound) pork tenderloin, halved crosswise
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed into a paste
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Rub pork with salt and pepper and set in a roasting pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour half over the pork.
3. Roast pork for about 20 minutes, until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F; remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes, then slice and drizzle with remaining hoisin mixture.
