Easy cheddar cheese stuffed meatballs recipe details
Simple cheese stuffed meatballs. Simmer in tomato soup for a nice blend of tastes with the cheese.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 (1/2-inch) cubes Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups condensed tomato soup
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a loaf baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Gently mix onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ground beef in a bowl. Split into eight equal mounds and flatten.
3. Wrap each mound around a cheese cube. Place in prepared baking dish and pour the tomato soup over the meatballs.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes to cook meat thoroughly.
