Easy autumn brunch recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound bacon (pork or turkey)
- One 20-ounce can sliced apples, drained
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (8 ounces), shredded
- 1-1/2 cups Bisquickbaking mix
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inch pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut bacon into quarters and cook until crisp. Drain. Mix apples and sugar; spread in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over bacon mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves: 6 to 8
