|1.3 g||flour, sef-raising|
|8 medium||eggs, beaten|
|6 medium||hard-boiled eggs|
|2 tbsp||custard powder|
|230 g||shredded coconut|
Combine butter and flour, add sugar and stir in beaten eggs. Add custard powder and coconut. Mix.
Knead dough and divide into 6 pieces. Form into 6 long strings.
Place each string on a tray, forming a ring. Place a boiled egg at each end, where the dough meets.
Cut 2 strips of the pastry, and place on the egg like an X.
Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
