Earthquake cake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 1-1/2 cups coconut
- 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powered sugar
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Place pecans and coconut in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix box of German Chocolate cake mix, per directions; pour over pecans and coconut. Combine powered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Drop by small spoonfuls onto top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
