Ingredients

4  duck breasts
For the red wine sauce:
120 ml dry red wine
60 ml vegetable oil
60 ml soy sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
For the marinade:
60 ml water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp caraway seeds, crushed
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp raspberry jam

Instructions

Marinade:
Combine raspberry jam, water, mustard, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, caraway seeds in a small sauce pan and cook over low heat until thoroughly hot.

Place duck breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, turning occasionally.

Combine wine, soy sauce and vegetable oil, stirring well. Place duck on grill and cook for 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve with sauce.
