Dry marinade for fish recipe details

2 tbsp | chopped fresh dill, or 2 tsp dried dill |
2 tsp | mild paprika |
1 tbsp | grated lemon zest |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | freshly ground pepper |
¼ tsp | cayenne pepper |
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients and mix well.Made with fresh herbs, this marinade will keep if refrigerated and tightly covered, up to 3 days. Made with dried herbs, it will keep, stored airtight in a cupboard, for several weeks. Makes about 4 tbsp if made with fresh herbs.
