Dry Marinade for Fish recipe
|2 tbsp||chopped fresh dill, or 2 tsp dried dill|
|2 tsp||mild paprika|
|1 tbsp||grated lemon zest|
|1 tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|¼ tsp||cayenne pepper|
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients and mix well.
Made with fresh herbs, this marinade will keep if refrigerated and tightly covered, up to 3 days. Made with dried herbs, it will keep, stored airtight in a cupboard, for several weeks. Makes about 4 tbsp if made with fresh herbs.
