Ingredients

Serves: 112

• 2 cups butter, softened
• 2 cups white sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 cups flour
• 5 cups oatmeal, measured, then blended in a blender to a fine powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 (12 ounce) bags chocolate chips
• 1 (8 ounce) Hershey(R) bar, grated
• 3 cups chopped nuts, any kind

Preparation method

Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 10 mins

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey(R) bar, and nuts.
3. Roll dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
