1/2 cup Dijon, Dusseldorfor dark prepared mustard
2 teaspoons dry mustard
6 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
salt to taste

Combine the prepared mustard, dry mustard, and sugar in a bowl. Using a wire whisk, stir in the vinegar. Gradually add the oil, stirring rapidly with the whisk. Add the dill and salt.
