1 tsp | baking powder |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
100 g | brown sugar |
100 g | soft butter |
350 g | apples, peeled, cored and diced |
1 | egg |

Preheat the oven to 190°C.In a bowl sift in the flour, mix in the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the cinnamon and the sugar. Stir in the butter and apples and beat in the egg. Knead until smooth and well combined.
