Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- Canola oil for deep frying
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 6 mins1. Combine egg and milk. Stir to break up egg and incorporate well. In a pie pan, stir together the flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and paprika.
2. Heat oil to 375 degrees F.
3. Coat each tenderloin in the egg and milk mix, then dredge in the seasoned flour. Place batches in deep fryer and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes. Chicken should be white throughout. Drain and serve.
