Deep Fried Devilled Eggs recipe

Ingredients
4 | hard boiled eggs |
4 | eggs, separated |
salt and cayenne pepper | |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
30 g | soft butter |
2 tbsp | mixed herbs |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
200 ml | rapeseed oil |
Instructions
Peel and carefully half the hard boiled eggs. Take out the egg yolk and transfer into a bowl. Set aside the egg whites.
Add to the cooked egg yolks the raw egg yolks, the butter, mustard and herbs. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
Fill half of the cooked egg whites with the egg yolk mixture. Cover with the other halves and press together gently. Turn the stuffed eggs in the slightly whisked raw egg white and afterwards in the breadcrumbs until well coated.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the eggs until golden and crispy. Serve with fresh bread and salad.
