Ingredients
180 g | unsweetened dark chocolate, grated |
80 ml | water |
70 g | sugar |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a pan or bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. .Add sugar and continue stirring until sugar is dissolved, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in butter until blended. Stir in vanilla and serve immediately. .
