Curry leaf chutney recipe details
Ingredients
40 g | curry leaves |
5 | red chilies, chopped |
2 tsp | urad dal |
1 | tamarind |
1 tsp | mustard seeds |
1 tsp | asafetida powder |
1 tsp | oil |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Wash urry leaves and drain extra water.Combine the mustard seeds, urad dal and asafetida in a frying pan and fry until the urad dal becomes reddish in colour.
Grind the tamarind and red chilies finely. Add curry leaves and process in a mixer. When smooth combine with the fried mustard mixture.
