Ingredients
2 | cucumbers, sliced |
5 sprig(s) | dill, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
150 g | sour cream |
4 tbsp | milk |
600 g | salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces |
2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
20 g | lard |
sugar |
Instructions
Mix the cream with dill, vinegar and the milk. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the cucumbers.Season the salmon with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat the lard. Add the salmon and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Serve together with the cucumber salad and fresh white bread.
