Crushed potatoes with sour cream recipe details
Ingredients
850 g | potatoes |
100 g | frozen peas |
200 ml | sour cream |
2 tbsp | garlic chives, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | spring onions, finely sliced |
some | salt |
some | freshly ground pepper |
Instructions
Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until just tender.Meanwhile blanch frozen peas in boiling water for about 1 minute, rinse under ice cold water and drain. Mix sour cream, garlic chives, spring onions, peas, salt and pepper.
Drain potatoes and with a fork lightly crush potatoes (do not mash completely).
Combine sour cream mixture with the potatoes and serve immediately.
Serving suggestion:: Sprinkle with chopped crispy baked bacon pieces.
