Crushed Potatoes with Sour Cream recipe
|100 g||frozen peas|
|200 ml||sour cream|
|2 tbsp||garlic chives, finely chopped|
|2 tbsp||spring onions, finely sliced|
|some||freshly ground pepper|
Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until just tender.
Meanwhile blanch frozen peas in boiling water for about 1 minute, rinse under ice cold water and drain. Mix sour cream, garlic chives, spring onions, peas, salt and pepper.
Drain potatoes and with a fork lightly crush potatoes (do not mash completely).
Combine sour cream mixture with the potatoes and serve immediately.
Serving suggestion:: Sprinkle with chopped crispy baked bacon pieces.
