Ingredients
3 | chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 | eggs |
flour | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
50 ml | honey |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
Instructions
Mix together the honey, mustard and soy sauce.Season the meat with salt and pepper. Beat in the eggs and mix well. Add enough flour to make a thick batter to coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown all around.
Serve the chicken nuggets immediately with the sauce.
